Anniversaries, Birthdays, Family Reunions, Weddings, Graduations,
Team windups, Staff or Customer Appreciation, or any other reason
to have a BBQ party. Let us cater your event. We can customize our
menu to suit your needs.

All BBQ'd meats are slowly smoke-cooked on a Texas BBQ Pit
either in the store or on site. It is this slow smoke-cooking that
gives the meat the unique flavour of the south.

We are located on the western edge of the Whiteshell Provincial Park
in Eastern Manitoba, Canada.

1 Meat (BBQ’d pork, beef, chicken);
3 sides (Baked beans, Potato salad, Coleslaw,
tossed salad, hot veg’s, etc);
Dinner rolls, pickles and condiments;
Heavy duty paper plates and plastic cutlery;.

Prices start at $13.95 per person.

Note: This is just a couple of sample prices and are for groups
of 50-100 people. Prices are subject to change.

We will either prepare your BBQ on site or deliver it ready for serving.
We want your BBQ party to be a most memorable experience.
Because we want to offer the best tasting BBQ you have ever eaten,
we use the choicest meats we can find,
season it and slowly smoke-cook it to perfection.
Resulting in a barbeque experience you won't soon forget.

CANCELLATIONS:
Because our food is purchased and prepared fresh for your order,

cancellations must be received a minimum of 14 days prior to the date of your event. Late cancellations will result in a non-refundable charge
of 25% of the total order.

PAYMENT: Our standard terms are as follows:

We will reserve your date for a non-refundable $250.00 booking fee. This effectively takes your date off of our event calendar, and guarantees we will be available for your special day. Reserved dates and guest minimum cannot be changed unless agreed upon by both parties in writing. 50% of the balance is due four weeks prior to the event date and the balance due upon arrival for the event.

Cash or check is accepted.
I am sorry, but we do not take credit cards or debit cards.
A confirmed guest count (not to be smaller than minimum agreed to)
is required at least 14 days before the event.
